Participate in the Raffle

Here's how it works:

     - Check out the raffle items on the home page

     - Print this order form

   

     - Return the form (scan and email or snap a pic and send) to                                 RandallConsolidatedPTC@gmail.com NO LATER THAN 

February 27th, 2021 at 12:00pm

     - Provide your contact information and we'll send you a link for payment

     - We'll place the ticket(s) in the prize's corresponding ticket box.

     - Tickets will be drawn at 7:45pm at Badgerland Products (145 Industrial Drive, Twin Lakes, WI  53181) 

 

The drawing will be streamed live via Facebook LIVE

on the Randall Consolidated School PTC page
