VOLUNTEERING

HOW DO I VOLUNTEER?...
There are several ways to volunteer with the PTC.  You may complete a volunteer form (which is attached below), or contact one of our board members for more information.  The best way to learn about different committees is to attend our monthly PTC meetings.

These events/fundraisers would not be made possible if it wasn't for all of the amazing volunteers!  Please review the following committee description and volunteer opportunities to assist you in choosing where you want to get involved...

 

'Back to School' Carnival: This FUN event was created to kick off the school year on a positive fun note!  Volunteers are needed for set up, during the event and clean up. .  

FRIDAY VOLUNTEER NEEDS: 

-Organize and price all the baked goods for the bake sale

-Prep for food sales

-Assemble games/activities/prizes

SATURDAY (DAY OF) VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

-Outside game/activity/tent set up

-Activity/game volunteers to work various stations

-clean-up help
 

Trunk or Treat:  This event was created to bring joy and excitement to the students. A fun event schedule right before Halloween where families decorate their vehicle trunk and hand out candy.  All ages are invited to come trunk or treat dressed up in their favorite costume. 

VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

-Set up, during the event and clean up.

-Food and Snack items organized and set out

-Food sales helpers are needed during the event.

-Clean up after the event. 

*Donations will also be needed-stay tuned for requests*

 

Kids Paint Night:  Every child gets to be an artist at this event!   

VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

-Set up, during the event and clean up. 

-Food and Snack items organized, set up and/or served

DADDY DAUGHTER SWEETHEART DANCE:  Fathers, Uncles, Grandfathers, or anyone with a special girl is invited to spend a semi-formal evening full of music, dancing, refreshments, desserts, photos & more!

VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

-Set up, during the event and clean up.

-Food and Snack items organized, set up and/or served

Mother/Son Bowling:   Moms spend the afternoon with your favorite little guy!

-Food and Snack items organized, set up and/or served

 

Shamrock N Run:  Want a great way to start off your St. Patrick's weekend? The ShamRock n' Run is a family fun 5k run/walk held at the Twin Lakes Country Club.

Multiple volunteer opportunities in the weeks prior to the event!

-Setup school raffle, setup runner registration table

SATURDAY (DAY OF) VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

-Outside game/activity set up

-Activity/game volunteers to work various stations

-Volunteer to wear Randy the Wildcat costume.

 *Donations will also be needed-stay tuned for requests*

 

Ladies Night Clothing Swap:  Gather friends―and their excess stuff―for this thrifty get-together, and start trading.
